I hold a deep passion for connecting people and ideas in any way that makes their lives or their organizations better. 

My career story has been quite the eclectic, well-rounded journey: 

from learning the poise, polish and tenacity required for mastering an art and conquering a career as an opera singer, 

through the labyrinth of nuanced aspects of non-profit advancement and organizational administration that lead to impact,

to the illuminating world of for-profit strategy and tactical execution acquired in my MBA studies that I now weave through my work.

I bring this unique combination of skills and experiences to non-profit organizations who need assistance in organizational development, All levels of strategy formulation and implementation, fundraising strategy and planning, budget and finance planning, and leadership coaching for any member of the team. 

My focus is especially the smaller organizations who may not have access to big firms or a different consultant for each area of need. My wholistic approach and diverse set of experiences can provide a one-stop-shop for growing your organization to the next level!
